Dianna Cochrane

Dianna is a comprehensively Certified Balanced Body Instructor and a National Association of Sports Medicine(NASM) certified Personal Trainer. She was a collegiate athlete, running cross country. She has a background working in chiropractic medicine, teaching patients corrective exercises and nutrition. She is passionate about learning how the body functions and what proper form and movement function looks like. Dianna is married to a Student Naval Aviator and loves taking her training around the country wherever they are stationed.

She focuses on working with injuries as well as surgery prevention and recovery. The importance of balanced muscle development is one of the Pilates principles that Dianna is most passionate about. Whether you are an athlete, olympic lifter, dancer, work a desk job or just day to day life, balanced muscle development is vital to preventing injury and maintaining spinal and structural health.
